Five years ago, Andy started our Small Projects/Handyman Division to service the needs of our existing client base. Andy offers our design/build clients the same high level of service they received on their remodeling projects. Andy’s Small Projects division handles projects ranging from minor repairs to installing new front doors, countertops or a bay window. In his position as estimator, he generates preliminary budgets for design/build and small projects as well as detailed estimates for large scale renovations and additions. As production coordinator, he makes certain the individual project managers have all the resources they need to proceed and complete projects on time and on budget. He is also our company ambassador who makes sure the special needs of each client are satisfied. And lastly, Andy is our resident expert in home automation, stereo and TV. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their beagle, Diva, in Crystal. Bonfires, snowmobiling and cooking outdoors puts a smile on his face. Andy Irving joined Roelofs Remodeling & Renovation in 2001. He came from a sales position in another part of the construction industry.
